Warpinski was my bff's divorce lawyer. My friend ended up getting totally ruined in the divorce by her former husband. I think Ted either doesn't know what he is doing or doesn't care. My friend basically lost custody and now, I think, she even has to pay child support! She would've been better off going through divorce without lawyer than with Ted Warpinski.

You can ignore all the 5-star reviews. I looked up those people in the courthouse, they were not in there or Ted Warpinski didn't represent them. Those reviews were probably added by friends or family. And while you are at the courthouse, see how many worthless forms and letters Ted Warpinski files for the cases where he is involved. Those forms and letters are very expensive!
I was referred to Ted Warpinski by another family lawyer who wasn't taking new family cases.
When you go to get your consultation/case review they will tell you just what you want to hear. You will hire them and pay them their retainer.
Then there will be emails, formal letters (at $500 per page), phone calls. You will be paying for all of that.
After first or second court appearance you will fire Ted Warpinski. But you will NOT see any of your retainer money again. You'll be fortunate if they don't send you a bill on top of that retainer.
I wish real people would rate this firm and share their horrible experience working with Ted Warpinski to prevent others from making a mistake of hiring them.
You'll be better off representing yourself in court than hiring Ted Warpinski. Don't make the same mistake I made!

SO, after having contacted a couple of people, it looks like whoever is placing all these one star reviews is a coward who doesn't want to use their own name and/or image. A typical TROLL.

AMY ROZMAIREK is now using MY image as a profile picture. Anyone who believes anything that SCUM BAGS that’ll do stuff like this has to say needs their heads examined. We are a couple of retired people just trying to live our lives and SCUM comes along stealing our names and images to use for themselves. “People” like these make me sick.

CARL SPARAPANI is using my fiance’s Picture and he’s the same one that was using his NAME yesterday. The real Phillip was happy with his lawyer Ted Warpinski and has told me as much.

I am responding to a review that was posted against Vande Castle Law Firm using my name and someone else’s picture…maybe the reviewer. I feel the person who used my name is misrepresenting Ted Warpinski and me. Ted represented me several years ago, I am very happy with the service he supplied me; everything turned out great and yes, I paid for the service, it was the right thing to do. The negative comments in the other review do not represent my experience with Ted in any way. I am in the mean time working to have the review with my name removed.

Attorney Ted J. Warpinski handled a Family Law matter for me which was quite convoluted and frankly, somewhat of a mess. His legal advice was direct and succinct and now that it has been resolved I can honestly say that it was correct. Everything he said he would do, he did. Everything he said would likely happen, happened. High recommendations from me.

This one was a tough one. My lawyer was okay but he charged in 6 minute increments. For every 6 minutes it was twenty bucks. If it took them 2 minutes to type you an email or 30 seconds to type you an email it was twenty bucks.
