Went and talked to them and the guy we talked to told us the wrong things. He told us all we needed to do to start the process was to sign the papers and nothing was due up front. I asked him multiple times about the cost and when it was due and he told us nothing was due until the process was finished. A month went by and we were suppose to get a copied of what will be filed to review it and since we hadn't received it yet we contacted them. They haven't done anything yet cause they don't start until they have received half of the payment. I called them to talk to them about it and they basically said oh well nothing they can do cause they don't start until that point and told me how I could make the payments. If they had told me that I would have had it paid the next day. I just think its bs that they don't tell us wrong and don't care that they messed up.

I was in a bad place financially and thanks to Debt Advisors and Danielle Cawley they were able to get me on track. Even with all my job changes and issues they were able to make things right and I would refer anyone to your organization with financial issues.

I honestly did not know there was a firm out there that is willing to work with their clients budget. Debt Advisors honestly has changed my life, and I say that wholeheartedly.
