He was incredibly disrespectful and did not handle details of my case professionally.

Redfield Law office has helped my family in many ways between my custody battle to my parents bankruptcy...they really listen to what your looking to get and are real with you and will make sure they stand by you.

Jerry is a terrible attorney with no morals. He relies on hiring other attorneys to file motions to keep him off the stand for perjury due to a loop hole even though he was an eye witness to an event that was falsified by his client. I would not trust a person with morals like he has proven to have over and over again. Just google his name for issues he has had with others , personal and business.

The reviews he has on here make me sick to my stomach. People pay hard earned money for an attorney that they EXPECT to help them out and This guy just screws them over.,

This is absolutely the worst attorney you could ever hire! do not use him if you honestly want a fighting chance on winning your case! He decided with the other attorney at lied to me about terminology used in my court case. His lack of ethics cost me thousands of dollars! You'd be much better off just paying the best attorney out there then trying to go the cheap route with Jared redfield because he will not stand up for your rights. For some reason my previous review was deleted and I'm reposting because it's important people know the truth behind this poor attorney! Hopefully this review will not get deleted also.

I was going through a divorce and attempting to do it pro se (on our own, without a lawyer). We couldn't agree on a few major details, so I sought the advice of Jared Redfield, who was recommended to me by my neighbor who had praised him for handling her divorce so well. Although I was only seeking a consultation, at the end of the hour I found myself hiring Jared to represent my interests in this contentious divorce. Boy did I make the right decision! Although I am male, I was the lesser earner in the marriage, with less education and with a five-year stint as a stay-at-home dad, so I was a nontraditional husband. Yet Jared came through for me. He was always professional, always compassionate, always available, and very knowledgeable in the subject of family law. We have just completed mediation and I feel like I won the lottery. Without going into specifics, let me just say that all my concerns were addressed and all my needs met. All of the major details that had prevented my ex and I from doing the divorce on our own were resolved to my great satisfaction. Although the agreement reached between my ex and I was deemed fair by all parties, I feel like I came out ahead, which is a great feeling and a great relief. Jared is down-to-earth, likeable, and smart as a whip. I feel I have made a friend for life. You are going to be counting your blessings when you hire Jared Redfield.

The reviews are true! This attorney is a real joke. Very unorganized, makes promises for cases to go a certain way, which he cannot legally do. Just a horrible person to deal with who will give you a low price to take your case and well, you get what you pay for. Lesson learned the hard way on this one! Beware

I hired this law firm on 01/13/16 to handle 2 separate custody cases. One of which would have been quite extensive. I paid a flat fee of $2000.00 per I am a CLC member. This $2000.00 was to show me through both of these cases. Months go by without any progress; I had sent multiple e-mails expressing my concerns, as well as phone calls and many trips to the office. I was always given excuses as to why things were not being completed. I had expressed upon hiring that I needed these cases completed before school started on 09/01/16. It was getting very close to this date with absolutely nothing accomplished. At this point I had a discussion with Jared and let him know that he either did the job I hired him to do or I would be finding representation elsewhere. He assured me that I was a priority and was working on it. It was not until 6 months later on July 7th 2016 that we finally had a court date for the change of venue. Jared was extremely unprepared, had no clue as to my background or how to even argue the case. He could not keep the cases straight and made a confusing presentation as to which I had to clarify and argue my side for myself. I was granted the change of venue however Jared never filed the proper paperwork to actually get the file transferred. Repeatedly lied to me about it, saying it had been completed. Not until I told him that I had called the originating county for myself, which verified they had not received anything from him, did he admit it was not completed. I asked him why this had not been done and his response was, “I don’t know.”

Next was a court date on 07/28/16 in regards to the second custody case. I had to take off of work as well as find child care for this date. We go in front of the judge and get sent on our way due to Jared not filing the motion. It was a complete waste of everybody’s time, money and energy.

This was the last straw for me. To have hired somebody eight months prior and to have little to nothing to show is completely discouraging. I hired a different law office at this time and in the last 3 weeks we have now accomplished more than I did the entire eight months with Jared.

I would not recommend Redfield law office to anybody.

Jared is suppose to be helping my friend go =through a nasty divorce and child custody and has done nothing to help at all!! he charges 4 times what everyone else does and hasn't been proactive at all! allowing horrible things to happen and no justice what so ever!!
