Call to get a quote or to see if I had a case with a rental property and the receptionist had absolutely no idea that somebody made a phone call and sounded half asleep when I called and said I just received a phone call from this number she said oh okay well I don't know from who. .. then the supposed person I talk to about if I had a case or not was extremely rude, she did not care about what I was talking about and her only solution was to just move even though our housing conditions are not even habitable these people don't care!! ! She then hung up on me and told me my opinion don't matter after I told her she was being rude. Needless to say I'll take my business elsewhere with people who actually care and know how to treat their client's . Never been so disrespected before!
