Was paying off a medical debt monthly, when all of a sudden no calls we're being returned no mail from them, NOTHING.
FOUND out that they closed and no information passed on to clients.
Imagine my surprise when I call the Dr office and get informed that Im in violation of my agreement. Noooooooo I wasn't notified and no mail, I guess you have to have esp with these people.
Calling the State Board for Attorneys and filing a complaint, now I have to deal with another agency regarding that bill and start from scratch!!
