He was referred to me since he was close and handled Mental Health issues. Bad part was he only helps those who make $15 or less per hour. So if you have no money but make over that and pay out every last cent per month (living pay check to pay check) then look else where. He must be busy since he failed to appear for the set appointment and didn't inform me of the cancellation even though he had my number.
