Horrible attorney he didnt call my witness's at all. He also got subpoenas t literally less than 24 hrs in adavance. He couldn't get phone records becuse he asked for phone numbers 5 days not business days before our final date!!! After 2 continuances!!!!! He also showed up 15 min late to our last court date! Horrible lawyer!!!!!

I have a difficult case between two states and Robert and his staff were great in helping me handle everything I needed to in both states in a very short period of time. The outcome is yet to be determined on the Minnesota side but if it's handled anything like they handled the Florida side, I have very little doubt in my mind that the outcome will not be favorable.

Robert handled my divorce and custody case. The outcome was very favorable for my case. I ended up getting sole legal and physical custody of my daughter. I followed his advice on many of the issues, sometimes I didn't like it, but did it anyway. It made a huge difference in the outcome in the end. Within six months, after the divorce was final, we ended up back in court. This time my ex ended up on supervised visitation.

They are horrible communicators. He will try to manipulate you just to get his $2000. Weather or not you even have a chance. I do not recommend. Good luck!

Shows up to court dates half hour late if at all in some cases ...most unprofessional lawyer I have ever worked with ... if you care about the case you are presenting find a lawyer who does to ... not recommending this guy to anyone. Would go as far as zero stars if allowed.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life! Since Mr. Manson didn't like my previous review and has threatened to sue me I had to take it down. Imagine what the services with this man is like. He threatened to sue his own client because he didn't like what I had to say. Mr. Manson was very lazy with my case so hire him at your own risk. He needs money for expensive vacations he brags about constantly. So if you have money he should work ok for you. Otherwise look elsewhere.

Told me my case would be filed with the court in 4 days, took 2 months to file. Never returns calls on time, never once replied to my emails. I keep calling and leaving message and they either say he’s not in or on the phone and does not call me back. Please do not underestimate the 1-star reviews because of the other good reviews this lawyer got. I am warning you so that your situation does not end up like mine. I paid the price and now you are getting my advice for free. If you want to lose thousands of dollars and lose confidence in your case, hire Robert Manson.

Mr. Manson spent a year advocating for, and eventually securing, my rights to 50/50 legal and physical custody of my two children. He was extremely honest and upfront when it came to litigation, which resulted in me making and accepting offers as opposed to taking every little disagreement to trial. In our initial consultation, he took note of what was important to me and helped develop a strategy to reach those goals. He is a very effective attorney to represent fathers.
