I should be honest, I didn't like Tim Theisen at first meeting with him. We were planning to work with different attorney, who is experienced, but sorry to say-old and very forgetful. Bankruptcy is stressful process and after first meeting with that attorney we realized that there are too many things that were missed and potentially will drastically affect us. This is when I found Tim through online search and reviews that other people left for him. I am glad we trusted Tim and his amazing assistant Amy. Tim Theisen proved to be very experienced and respectful attorney. If you can say anything positive about bankruptcy process, those two people made it as easy and as positive as it's possible. Communication was great, support during process and, I will repeat myself, amazing positive attitude and knowledge of assistant Amy made a huge difference. Did I mention it was also affordable? It was. I did shop around. Even though it cost us bit more then first attorney we met, it was well worth it. Nobody wants to go through this process or be in the situation, but if you are, Tim and Amy will take good care of you. We highly recommend them.

money hungry lawyer, will say anything to get your down payment, then everything changes on if your case will really work out, will tell you to file bankruptcy even if you can't, then the trustees come after you and your assets he said you could keep, don't trust this guy!

When I first decided to apply for bankruptcy, I had originally thought of a chapter 7 plan. I really didn't understand the process, but after my initial meeting with Tim my whole thought process had changed. After reviewing my financials, my personal situation and my goals, Tim felt it was in my best interest to file a chapter 13 and include a lien strip.

This was the best decision I could have made for myself and my family. Tim was very thorough, timely and made the process very easy.
