I was involved in a motorcycle accident in 2018. Call this Law firm because of an Ad. They have one of their intern lawyer Brett met up with me. We spoke and sign papers that this law firm will represent me. A year has gone by and I have not heard anything from this law firm or Brett. Decided to do a well fair check on Brett on 1/17/2020, as he has not respond to any of my Email. Comes to find out Brett is no longer with the law firm. No one from the law firm call and inform me who was working on my case. I was left in the dark. When i call the law firm, I could never get a hold of any lawyers just their receptionist. Always as to leave voicemail but no return calls or voicemail full. Would definitely not recommend this law firm. I felt like after the first meeting i left in the dark.

Called this office after I was injured due to a defective Lime scooter and I saw an advertisement that they evaluate such cases. The line said "If you're not a current client and are looking to speak with an attorney press 1." The person I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive; I hardly began explaining my situation when he said "I'm in a meeting. I can't talk. That doesn't sound like something we would do anything about. Try another law firm. I'm in a meeting I have to go." Why tell me to press 1 to speak with an attorney and have the attorney answer if they can't speak with me? Why advertise a specialty in scooter cases, then dismiss mine before knowing any of the facts? And most importantly why the rude attitude. Very disappointed

Robert and his staff were some of the most professional people I had to deal with in regards to my injury claim.
