Charlie is an intelligent, highly skilled and caring person who listened to me and advised me when a larger firm turned me down. Ultimately I decided to not pursue my claim any further, as my case was weak considering the employment contract I had signed. Often, justice and money are what we are seeking, but sometimes we also need someone to take us seriously. An attorney who sees the person in addition to the $$$$ signs. I went to see about a landlord/tenant issue, my landlord told me to talk with him. When I introduced myself to him & stated my landlord sent me; he stated I was trespassing and went to call the police. I was in his office less than 5 minutes! Majority of time waiting for him to come up front. Not very good customer service skills.

Let's just say Mr Gilbert seem to have a magic wand that could detect BS, and he cut right through all of it. My divorce had many twists and turns, and Military requirements and forms, everything went as well as I could have hoped for. Points about Mr Gilbert that I liked: He made me feel safe, when I should not have felt safe, never made me feel like I was pressured to make any decision, he was prepared and he had a great delivery. The judge even complimented his abilities. I'm not joking when I say at one point I wanted to hug Mr Gilbert! I got his name from a friend, and I will be sharing his name with all of my friends.
