Joe helped me out with a difficult legal situation. His fees were fair. He was honest about what it would cost. I really appreciated him being upfront about money as that was a concern of mine. Joe Flanders "helped" me set up a special needs trust. Apparently he has no experience with these types of trust accounts. I just learned the account was not set up right and it cost me $2500! Thanks Joe for ripping me off while I lay in bed in a nursing home. I do not reccomend Joe Flanders.
