almost 2 years after they took my case Mark Perron decided to close my case didn't have the decency to call me or send me a letter or email me I had to send numerous emails till I finally found out I feel they didn't handle my case in my best interest kept being pushed aside and only talked with Mark twice the most of my communication was with the paralegal would not recommend this law office to anyone. I ended up with Paige Donnelly, Ltd. purely by chance. When I got home from the hospital after my accident, I had a stack of letters from law firms in Minneapolis and St. Paul. I called all of them and based my decision purely on how I felt talking to the person on the other end. My letter from Paige Donnelly was from one of their attorneys, Mark Perron, and I ended up going with Mark based on our conversation. He seemed kind and informed.

He had details on phone conversations he had had with the facility, including the name of the person with whom he had spoken. He ended up contacted the facility on my behalf and the issue was resolved. The information he had was essential in resolving the matter.
