I simply cannot say enough great things about Tom and his team. I was in a four car collision almost 4 years ago and they have been with me almost every step of the way. Tom, Jeff Murray and Sandy Wicklund handled my case and were remarkable. They were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. It was scary enough having to have a disc replacement and fusion in my neck but then having to worry about all the medical bills was nerve racking and stressful. In May of 2017 I received a phone call from my son, the type of phone call that every parent fears; he had been in a car accident. Our son was a passenger in the vehicle and the only one that suffered injuries. After receiving paperwork from the “at fault” insurance company, we were uneasy settling. With our lack of experience, we contacted Tom to help us understand the options for our son. Tom was straightforward and honest about how he wanted to proceed to maximize the benefit for our son and worked diligently to keep his word. He also kept us informed during the process with updates.

I can't say enough about Jeff Murray. My lawyer wasn't going to go and try to negotiate with my insurance company because i wasn't going to make them any money. They said i could go do it on my own. I then was connected with Jeff who proceeded for me. He didn't earn a lot and had to share what he earned with my previous lawyer too. If I could give them zero stars I would they didn’t fight for us at all and that was the purpose of hiring them I had a legit case and when they finally after two months got the police report and the report was wrong they didn’t care to further investigate or fight for me and dismissed me even though I am the one that hired them. They further on took my wife’s case because she was a passenger but did not help her as well and was told plenty of times Tom had more important cases then ours. He fights for cases that are more important and more money for him that’s how he makes his money. We were nothing to him because we didn’t have a lot on the table to offer him. If you’re poor don’t expect much help here

I want to thank Tom Bennerotte and his team Shari and Sue for taking such good care of me from the time of my accident and five years later when my case settled. After the accident, I had physical injuries that required physical therapy, injections, pain medication and ultimately surgery. The journey was long, but Tom and team always kept me up-to-date and responded to my concerns expeditiously. Mind you, Tom is the founder/owner of his large practice and takes the time to reassure you when needed.
