Review: one star is too much for William A. Brown.

We had him write our wills in 2015 and he had refused to included EXECUTORS and SELF PROVING AFFIDAVIT in our wills that are required by Texas Estate Law. We were suspicious about his intention refusing to include the critical requirements in wills written in Texas.
