Review: Attorney Scott Ruhsam is a terrible attorney that cannot be trusted. He permitted my brother, the Executor of my mother’s estate, to steal a substantial amount of money. Attorney is rude, condescending & will not answer any questions unless I pay him more money that I shouldn’t have to & know, would not help anyway.
