Update to their response - As you can see from their response, they are very negative and tend to blow things up (maybe so they can charge more for the mess that they made themselves). If you want a big blown up fight with lots of legal fees, than pick this firm. If you are trying to get something settled in a fair and reasonable manner, I would definitely go elsewhere.
