Review: The paralegal here has zero people skills. She cut me off mid-sentence numerous times and made it clear that she was put out at having to listen to me (sighing, stuttering etc.). As a paralegal, if you know you cannot provide an answer or instructions on how to obtain a specific document, then reroute the caller to the person they should speak to instead of being condescending and rude.
