My wife and I experienced an unbelievably terrible contractor experience and we had no choice but to terminate the contractor. Although the contractor was paid for work completed they chose to place a lien on our property for more than three times the amount of the original contract and we had virtually little recourse or so we thought. Needless to say, it was removed within 5 business days and we can now have peace back into our lives. I have to say that I have never had a situation like this and Kelly Davis & Associates truly provided us a legal solution and alleviated the months of anguish that we had experienced.
