Mr Dang was very helpful with my case! His case manager Ayari was awesome she even gave me her personal cell phone number in case I had any questions. I would definately reccomend NCSD to anyone with immigration cases. They know what they are doing.

He did well with getting my wife her green card except the fact we asked multiple times to submit the papers in her legally changed last name. He told us each time he couldn't. That it had to match her pass port. After talking to immigration directly i was told since her name is legally changed he should have submitted it in her married name. We went to ask about it and he refused to take responsibility for his error. He tried to blame us saying we signed the papers. Mind you ge TOLD us we COULDN'T submit the papers in her married name. Even his secretary said ge told us it had to match the pass port. Yet still he refused to accept responsibility. When i told him i don't appreciate being called a liar andbthat immigration told us the error was on him he threatened to call the cops. Bottom line don't expext him to own up to his errors and expext him to charge you to fix his errors.

Update: your response is nonsense. You threatened to call the cops when i asked why you lied. You also were disrespectful to me and my wife because we pointed out immigration told us it was your error. You got defensive and gave your secretary a nasty look when she confirmed what we were saying was true. Try as you may but facts are facts. Yes you helped her get papers, but in the wrong name we wanted then refused to take responsibility saying it was our fault when you said we couldn't use her married name. The fact you got overly defensive and rude shows your lack of respect for your clients especially since we only wanted it fixed. Bottom line is you are very immature and child like when called on your BS. Also you failed to provide the recordings you said you had of our conversations which will prove us right and that you were wrong. Instead you sent my wife her file then blocked her number. You need to grow up.

I was able to discover Attorney Tung Dang from a list of 6 immigration attorneys my legal insurance provided me. Very honest, you feel and you are in good hands

I went in to the office to learn about the new law that had passed for DREAM students. When I first walked in I was really nervous because I wasn't sure what to expect since I haven't gone to many attorneys at all, I just have heard some in the radio. The attorney told me about the law and proceeded to ask me detailed questions to see if I would qualify. After filling out a form and many questions he let me know that I unfortunately did not qualify for deferred action and he told me the reasons but gave me some advice to make sure I would be ready in case there was a new way for me to petition for a case. He told me that the most important thing for me at this point was to continue with school and keep a clean record. Even though I was really disappointed that I am not eligible for deferred action, I am happy that I went to him and got an honest answer. He gave me bag with more information about the requirements on qualifying for deferred action and other useful immigration information. Whenever there is someone that needs some immigration help, I always refer them to him because I know he is not just after money and will tell them the truth.
