They provided me so much incorrect and confusing information. I just had an appointment with Anna Hysell yesterday in regard to brining my fiancé to United States. When I showed up to the appointment, she was very busy, so one her assistance helped me. She gave me so much incorrect information, and was assisting that she is correct, she said, the only way I can apply for fiancé visa is to know her for at least 2 years, which is not correct. She also said that fiancé visa takes a year, and marriage visa takes at least a year and half or 2 years. At the end of the appointment Hana came to give me an estimate of how much they are going to charge me, and then Anna said the requirement to apply for fiancé visa is not years, and she also said that finance visa, and marriage visa takes the same amount of time which a year, and she give me a ridicules price for assisting me to apply for fiancé visa $6,500 (six thousands and five hundred US Dollars). The appointment probably lasted like 15 minutes, and they charged me $100. What a waste of time and money.

Worst experience with immigration lawyer EVER! my husband went in only to see if they could schedule the interviews in Juarez for a green card that was already pre approved for the first part, meaning all past occurrences had been covered. She charged 100 dollars for half hour consultation. Just to say she could not do anything at all for us, that he could not even help him apply for his sentry card because of my visa revocation! Clearly she had not even understood why we were seeking counsel. I think this is a rip off. 100 dollars just to say this was a case were there was nothing she could do for us? Why did she take our money then!
