I think its treason not to honor and protect according to the intentions of the legislated California family code and the due process and property rights of the US constitution, to protect American stay at home moms who sacrificed their careers for their families, both children and husband. Family law attornies are suppose to protect American domestic wounded warriors, not hurt them even more in the painful destruction of American 30 plus years long term marriages and family unit.

I am so upset with how my case was handled and the charges set forth. I was trying to modify my child support, and hired Micheal to represent me. He showed up 30 minutes late the first day and wouldn’t even answer his phone when I called him. I had a spot reserved and I was called to go into the mediation room, but he was no where to be found and I lost the spot. Then he strolls in 30 minutes late and we had to wait an additional 30 minutes due to his tardiness. Once we finally got back to the mediator, we were in and out within 15 minutes. He didn’t even do anything, the opposing party wanted a continuance so we filed it then left. He placed 1 phone call after the mediation to the opposing party and that was the conclusion of his services. I paid 1000$ for my retainer and expected most of it back due to lack of service and lack of professionalism. I get a bill stating my retainer only had 26 dollars remaining....WHAT?!?!. He charged me 2.5 hours for court attendance fee at the rate of 275 an hour. That court attendance fee was absolutely incorrect. I’ve also been trying to contact his firm for a month now and I’m still getting the run around and being treated like I’m the bad guy. DO NOT EVER USE THIS ATTORNEY. HE IS A LIAR AND A CROOK AND WILL NOT REPRESENT YOU IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER

Mike is a quiet, chill type person, but when it comes to him fighting for what you deserve hes the best. Dont let that silence fool you. This man will always win. Great guy, great lawyer. Highly recommend to everyone. Atttt
