We should always use this lady when we get a ticket unless it is a state patrolman they show up in court it is mandatory !

Don't believe it. do it yourself! It's almost like a scam. I called several times with details about my case the gentleman who answered the phone, treated me like I was a nuisance. He did not make the notes I had given him. Red Light Camera ticket is $500. Ridiculous! It is not even a real police officer. It is a person sitting in a room hitting the camera button.

Got my speeding ticket dismissed when the cops had a speed trap coming down a huge hill. Amazing communication from start to finish. Best money i have ever spent. Highly recommended!!

They helped me out with a traffic citation and were willing to work with me and even answered any questions I had before I payed for their services. 10/10 would recommend anyone to come to these people if you are in need of help with an unfair traffic citation. Everything was mostly communication through email which worked perfectly with me due to my work schedule! Again, their service is great, very kind, very informative, and professional! Will come here anytime I need help with unfair traffic citations.

It was a pleasure working with Elizabeth's office regarding my traffic ticket. Communication was practically instantaneous and very thorough. I didn't have time to show up in court to fight my ticket and for that alone her services were worth it. Trial was set 7 weeks out and on that day Elizabeth informed me within 2 hours of appearance that my citation was dismissed.

Horrible experience due to a huge lack of communication, I’m extremely unsatisfied with the $100 I spent for her to assist me. I could have went to court my self if I’d know she wouldn’t do anything at all. Claims to have gotten the fines “reduced” but she definitely didn’t show proof of a reduction and definitely didn’t beat the case. I got two tickets in the same spot it’s clearly a speed trap, unknown to me if any of this was ever mentioned to the court. Horrible service and unpleasant outcome. Save your money cos you’ll have to pay a $400 ticket if you use her. I feel like I have been scammed..... :(

I read the other reviews. I used this office twice with 100% success. I have used Mr. Ticket before with 0% success. I don't have a single bad thing to say about this business. Proccess is very simple. You give them money and they will notify you of the outcome. I'm not sure if this would be the case if she lost your case in court. I recommend them.

I was working with mr. Ticket previously and he did me no good for 3/3 cases, pretty much just took my money. So i decided to try elizabeth, and i could not be anymore happy with working with her. She did multiple over the phone consultations with me and truly went above and beyond to get my case dismissed (which would have cost me my license if convicted) i would strongly suggest looking past the other overcharging useless traffic ticket lawyers and using Elizabeth and her knowledge and honesty to help your case! I would not suggest using this lady, she was not a competent representative. She failed to ask the proper questions to the officer during the trial. She gave the court my car and now has my personal life all screwed up. I would suggest filing a complaint with the B.A.R

I had a simple violation of crossing double-yellow lane into a carpool lane, however it was done to avoid an accident with the car which cut me off. Another person was in my car, so I did have a witness.

Law Office of Elizabeth Aronson did not even take time to notify me that they lost a case (no emails, or calls regards the outcome of my case).

Today I received a letter from Superior Court saying that I gotta pay full amount ($290) within 7 days.

Ticket was NOT reduced, NO traffic school option. NOTHING WAS DONE. And for this NOTHING Law Office of Elizabeth Aronson charged me $50.

I am rewriting my last statement of them not showing up to the court date. I am still unsure what day my Defendant Rep. showed up. The email says they went Sep. 30th but my Court Trial written copy shows it took place on Sep. 22nd. Also Elizabeth Aronson was not the Rep. to show up.

I've used her services over the last 8 years, and she has handled 5 tickets for me. 4 where dismissed, and 1 was reduced to half with traffic school to keep it off my record.

Horrible experience a while back. Zero communication with me, and didn't get dismal or even reduction in fees. I don't even think she showed up to court.

First told me the wrong day that she was going to appear on my behalf for. Then didn't get my ticket dismissed or reduced and this isn't the first time. You know the saying "fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me" well I feel fooled and I'll never go back to her, I feel like she took my money and ran off like ohha a quick buck.
