I was very nervous about filing bankruptcy. Scared, to be honest. At my first appointments, as well as all my other appointments, I was made to feel right at home. No one looked down on me, and no one judged me to be a bad person. I was treated with total respect and courtesy by the entire staff. They made the process easy. Talking with a friend about the possibility of filing for bankruptcy, they recommended Barron and Barron. They mentioned that they would listen to our situation and give us the advice that we needed to make a decision. Barron and Barron did just that. After getting that advice, we came back after a few days ready to proceed. Each step of the journey was handled very professionally and as questions came up, they answered each question to make this as pleasant as possible.

Diane and her staff are as professional, helpful, friendly, and willing to go out of their very busy schedule every time I have needed something since the first day I met them, two years ago. My wife lost her job, had several expensive medical conditions/surgeries. I talked to a close family friend and his family about our status at the time, at which point he told me about Diane and staff , who they also used. I have never had a problem getting return calls or emails within a day or two. I can tell you with no question that his family as well as mine would use them over and over and we continue to give referrals every time someone mentions their current issues. I am seldom needed, and if they can take care of it without you they do. I live about 40 miles from that office and would drive it everyday if I had to. I only rate them at 5 stars because there is no 6,7,8.... etc. I drive past dozens of closer firms to get to theirs and never give it a second thought. I highly doubt the one response on here, and would question the other... Do you expect 100% free service ? I struggled at the time and thought my fee to file/ attorney was cheap, and if the price doubled I would still believe then, like I do now that every penny was worth it... we are 100 % better off since we got their help. If you ever get the chance to meet them at this office you will see what I'm talking about

I do wish I had read reviews before I agreed to let Barron and Barron handle anything for me.. I sent them money for several months until I paid in full the amount needed to begin proceedings. They told me upfront nothing would or could be done until then.. I was assured no filing ,nothing could proceed till I was fully paid up and I gave them the go ahead and other information required. Fortunately , I did not need to proceed with my plans and requested a refund. They agreed and sent me less than half of the amount I sent them. When I asked why so much was kept they informed me, filling fees and other charges. and because my file had been sitting there for several months! Really????? It took me several months of paying without delay then just a few more to decide against needing them! And if my file had just been sitting there, was I charged storage fees??? for a piece of paper?? I debated on writing this , but the more I thought about it the more convinced I felt the need to speak up,When people come to you B/B, for help and advice they are struggling, and are in need, and for you to take that kind of advantage gives your profession a continual bad name.
