I like this guy. It was a little late in my case but during my consultation he was right on point with every comment he made and totally got my story first time through. My husband hired this attorney about 4 years ago, he is the worst. He charged him $6000 for child custody and as we finished paying him all he did was sent out a letter to the woman. He did nothing to help us but take our money. Once we were done paying he said we had to continue paying $500 bi-weekly in order for him to proceed with the case. Which he clearly didn’t do much for $6000 much less for $500. Do not go to this guy. He seems like he’s only good at divorces but not for anything else

Brad assisted me in a divorce. Brad cuts to the chase. He tells you what you need to do and when you do it the process moves pretty quick. You make the time and he'll get things done. I truly do appreciate the assistance from his staff and he himself. Seriously Thank you Brad!

By far the worst attorney in the meteroplex . He will tell you to bring what you can , then you get a bill in the mail saying X amount of dollars is owed to
Him .if you don’t pay it he will drop you quick . Him and his wife play the good guy bad guy role . I’m telling you now bypass on him .

Great. Professional. I have used Brad 2 times now and all has been great. Professional legal counsel is never cheap. And some cases are sticky. Legal messes are never good. But, you can't expect someone else to pick up the tab for you. And, it is not the attorneys fault the opposing party became difficult and changed their mind.
I would use Brad again and recommend him to anyone.

I am disabled, on a fixed income, with 2 boys which was no secret to Mr. Nance. He was fully aware of my financial situation. I had gone to him because I got served with divorce papers. I had filed for and gotten child support but that was set aside and my decided she wanted to fight for custody. Mr. Nance charged me $2500, not affordable as he had advertised. I paid $500 down and $400 a month until it was paid. Even though he had not done much of anything I got a call wanting another $400 because the case had not been resolved. I couldn't afford to pay any more especially since he hadn't done much. I called and asked what he had done and he said "You'd be surprised". The next day I got a certified letter saying he was withdrawing from the case. He didn't even try to combine the 2 cases. He left me broke and without representation.
