I have never posted a review on the internet before but I had such a positive experience with Stanley Denman I knew that I had to share it. The process took a very long time and Stanley advised me of this at the beginning. He was very upfront with me at our first meeting of what to expect the first time around. I dealt with him and only him the entire time. When I called, he answered the phone. When I emailed he always responded in a timely manner. The paperwork and information they wanted was overwhelming and he walked me through it with infinite patience. I was denied disability the first time and Stanley jumped into action and filed an appeal. When we got our hearing date there were some doctor files that were needed and wasn't getting the response from the doctors office that we needed and he went up there himself and waited for the files. That is the kind of commitment he makes to his clients. He made sure that the disability office and the judge had all the files and information that were needed in my case. He absolutely knows how the process works and uses his expertise to your benefit. He met with me a few days before my appeal meeting with the judge and went over how the meeting would go so that I would know what to expect. The day of the meeting I met him up there and we sat and talked before my appointment. During the hearing the judge had everything she needed about me to make a decision because Stanley pulled all of that together. We talked a bit and then I got approved from the bench - from the bench!! I wasn't excepting that to happen and it was all because of Stanley Denman. He made a long and painful experience painless and I will be forever grateful to him for his expertise. Seriously, if you need an attorney to represent you, even if you have been turned down, Stanley Denman has the expertise and commitment to get the job done. Fantastic attorney and person. Thank you Mr. Denman, you made a difference in my life.

By reading these reviews is how I chose my SSDI attorney. And I’m very glad I did!! Stanley Denman is the ultimate in professionalism and trustworthy. He is also very efficient with not only your time but his. He also set Real list stick an accurate timeline is for which things or decisions would be made and he was 99.9% correct. Which is no surprise with his extensive experience and only representing SSDI clients. I owe Stanley a lot and I highly recommend him to anybody who asks !!!

My husband was represented by Mr Denman as his disability lawyer and we couldn't be happier with his professionalism. Mr Denman was with us every step of the way, always answering our questions and concerns. I would recommend him to anyone who has been turned down for disability, he is an excellent disability lawyer.

Very quick and pleasant experience as it was the first time we went to Mr Denman for my husbands social security. He returns every single call or message every single time. I was impressed with his rapport with the judge as well. I highly recommend Stanley Denman.

A social security lawyer from Denman's office in Houston returned my call with the prejudiced comment "You're working? Social Security and working Don't go together well at all...You're planning on finishing up school?" So, the mentally disabled are supposed to be sitting ducks dependent on a system that milks them and not supposed make an effort to become a responsible, independent tax-paying citizen?

That's why you have so many mass shootings perpetrated by mentally disabled people (just like the High School shooting in Parkland, FL last week). It has nothing to do with violent video games or gun control or any other excuse you pathetic prejudiced hypocrites want to pull out of your asses. The mentally ill are shooting because they're tired of being stereotyped, not having a voice that claims to be the "Land of Opportunity" and having their civil rights as outlined in the ADA abused everyday.

Mr. Denman was extremely helpful applying for and receiving disability. He guided me through the entire process. I was turned down after the initial round but was awarded disability on the appeal and didn't need to go to a hearing. I highly recommend Mr. Denman.

First and for most I would like to Thank You, for taking my case.I met with Mr. Denman in June of 2016 and he inform me on how things are done and what to expect about my case. I was afraid that it would be denied again. But he won my case for me.

Attorney Stan Denman handled my disability case in a professional and most precise manner. It was with great pleasure having someone who understands your case. I recommend him to anyone who is needing help and do not know what to do. The time I was told it would take to receive my benifits was fast and accurate.

After calling a couple of different disability attorney's in the Dallas area with no return calls, I called Mr. Denman and he answered his office phone. We spoke for just a bit and he said he thought he could help me so we set up an apt for the following week. When we met, Mr. Denman sat quietly and listened to me through a lot of tears. He never seemed bothered by my tears and made sure I was okay and gave me all the time necessary to give him the background on my health history. He never seemed hurried and just has a very calming demeanor about him. He got all the info into the application and filed my claim before I left his office. I asked him if he felt I would get benefits and what he told me is exactly what happened. He appealed the first denial, then the second and then we waited and waited for the hearing date to be set. When it finally got set Mr. Denman called me and let me know what I needed to have prepared for the hearing and what to expect at the hearing. The week before the hearing Mr. Denman contacted me and went over everything with me, we meet 30 minutes before the hearing and tied up any loose ends. The whole process was very emotional for me, so the tears started with the first question the judge asked me and didn't stop until the last. I had a response from the judge within a month, but Mr. Denman continued to stay in touch and follow up with the payment center until I had received all of my benefits. I would highly recommend Mr. Denman if you need help with your disability claim. It is a long process that once your claim is filed, there is very little that can be done until SSDI processes your claim. It is a process and you have to be patient! Mr. Denman did his part of representing me from start to finish, which was 2 very long years!

I was too nervous to try on my own, so rather than seeking help after trying myself, I went to Mr Denman. His demeanor is calm and comforting. He guided me through everything. The frustrations were only because of the decisions that the SSA made based on the Drs they sent me too. But then the process continues. Thanks to Mr Denman and the support of one of my doctors I was approved. It took over 2 years because of the system. But Mr Denman was there for me every step of the way. I could not have ever done it on my own!

After working for over forty years since the age of 13 in the farm fields in the state of Louisiana my health has been declining for years. I was very pro active in seeking help for SSDI, such as searching the internet for research, after my research, I knew I couldn't do this alone, I begin my legal research and Stanley Denman and others webpage would always come up, however it was Mr. Denman page that stood out from the rest, I spent many days and night on his page, I made that call to Mr. Denman. he had me to come in for a medical interview, it was thorough, honest and a straight forward process, he was very sharp. I left his office that day feeling very good about my case, although I knew the feds had a ton of resources Mr. Denman was able to get me the help I so badly needed. I want to personal thank Mr. Denman and I highly recommend him.

Mr. Denman is a true professional. What impressed me most about his service was what happened after we won the case. He was paid immediately, but the back pay was lost in the crazy SS system. He took it upon himself to make several necessary calls, followed up with me on each, and cleared up the mess. Without the extra care he gave us, this situation could have lasted months to years. I would highly recommend Mr. Denman.

Stan helped guide me from filing my initial the disability claim, a 1st appeal process, and a final appeal meeting in person with the judge. I found Stan to very extremely knowledgeable in all phases of the process and he gave very good advice. My claim was approved and I owe a lot to Stan for the end result.
I absolutely recommend his services to anyone filing a disability claim.

It's difficult these days to find someone who you can trust to represent your interests with all the fervor you would apply to the problem yourself. Stanley Denman is that person. Not only is he highly experienced in Disability law, he is just plain smart and he knows how to get things done. He understands the system, and this kind of knowledge is invaluable when dealing with the government. He also brings a unique combination of empathy and enthusiasm to bear on all the day-to-day work that goes into a building a successful case. I had a positive outcome when I contested my denial for benefits and I can say without a doubt that I picked the right attorney for the job. Stanley does what he says he's going to do...you can trust him to be in your corner.

Went to Mr Denman, very desperate, I had been turned down after 3 months of waiting to hear from social security, I was truly in need and not able to work. He told me exactly what to do every thing from DR's visits to medications I was taking and leave a detailed message of any changes in medications or health and I did I trusted him when he said I might not always be able to get in touch, trust made it easy to leave the messages of any changes, and then in an a shorter time than he said it could be I received a call from social security say I would receive my social security and with back pay,I'm so glad I called him. I was nearer death than even I thought hadn't I have got social security I could not have afforded medical attention. Thank you Mr Denman

Terrible experience. Do not go here. This attorney lies, poor communication. At first meeting I signed papers then received a huge stack of papers to send back. I filled out and send back in a week. Was told he would file when he received my papers. I then received the same exact papers(no new forms same papers) in the mail five times. Did he lose the forms? Big mystery since he does not return calls or messages. I finally emailed him after I couldn't get him to return messages. It took him three months to answer my emails and over three months to file. He told me my papers were in Austin. I received a letter the next month from my local SS office In Grand Prairie that they had the papers were not in Austin Tx but Grand Prairie and no attorney name on papers. They were missing forms I filled out in his office on the first meeting with Mr. Denman. I had to give verbal agreement over the phone for them to file forms. By this time I it had been five months had given up on Mr. Denman. I did not get the good customer service other speak of here. I have recently moved out of Texas and in with family in Az. Oh I did receive a prompt phone call back within a day telling me he could not represent me when I told him I was moving out of state. I am getting a new attorney and refiling in AZ where I have moved. Hopeful will have better luck here find an ethical attorney.

i used Stanley Denman for my Social Security disability claim. He is very smart and knowledgeable regarding the process and procedures for not only Social Security but also for LTD insurance and life insurance issues associated with disability claims. The representative at the Social Security office that had my case had very nice things to say about working with Mr. Denman as well. It never hurts when trying to file a claim with the government to have an advocate on your side that they like. Mr Denman responds quickly to calls and messages with answers and guidance about next steps. He also cares about his client's well being and treated me with much kindness and respect and just gave me peace o mind about the whole claim and process. I recommend him if you have a disability claim.

My name in Don Mason I had been trying to work with the Social Security Administration for over two years. I have a neurological condition that had not been diagnosed. I was coming upon my last appeal and in need of a good attorney to help me get my Social Security benefits secured. When looking for a competent advocate you are easily overwhelmed with all the listing so I started calling, what impressed me the most about Mr. Denman is that he answered the phone himself which gave me an instant feeling of security I knew I had contacted someone that would end my two year nightmare with the Social Security Administration.
Working with Mr. Denman was a stress free process he was always available to answerer questions and had a plan to work towards securing the Social Securely Benefits.
I would recommend Mr. Denman to anyone who is in need of an attorney to help the through the process of working with the Social Security Administration.

I am very pleased with Stanley Denman's handling of my disability case. It took two denials, and an ALJ hearing to get a favorable decision, but Stanley had the knowledge of the SS system needed to present my information to win my case. I highly recommend if you have a disability case. He's very patient, professional and caring, but most of all, he wins!!

Mr. Denman I have sent you all the information you have requested. We are up against a time line that you seem not to be deliver. The only way I could contact you was with the free consultation. Then I would receive a call after this. I told you everything. You sent me another form to fill out just a few days ago and I did that also even emailing you anything that I omitted in the letter. This is a horrible way of doing business. However, I plan to let the Judge know about the true reason for dropping out and your lack of communication with your client. Not only did you waste my valuable time but this could have been over with on Friday. I don't know if it was because of incompetence or you had other things on your plate. However, I am requesting all the paperwork that I filled out in your office and sent to me by way if courier or by way of Fedex. You only sent to me your last request for information a few days ago which I I thought was odd but trusting you was our fault. When you sent this by email instead of calling me was classic and what we had to look forward to. We stuck with you because you said you were a Christian. Well you give Christian attorney's a bad name. I as requesting that you send all of our records to us asap. We have never lied to you about anything and you know it. If you could not handle the case you should have told us before 3 day before the hearing. The worst communicator for a professional I have ever met. Stay far away from this guy as possible. He drop our case by sending us an email 3 days before we were due to see a judge. My wife had misgivings about him early and suggested we go else where. I should have listened. All of our efforts to keep the us updated was done on our behalf after about a 1 1/2 years. Do yourself a favor find another attorney that will help you through this hard time, not a passive one. It is my opinion that the 5 star comments that he received was may have been contrived, knowing his behavior from my case alone.

I am writing this review for my mother Katherine L. Jones. I found Mr. Denman for my mother after reading the reviews on the internet. It took over two years for my mother to win her case. There was times she felt as if this was taking to long, but I assured her that God will have the final say so. Mr. Deman is very kind and caring person and he is a man of God. So when Stan walked in the court room for battle. He had his armor of God on and won my mother's case. Thank you Stan for all your hard work and dedicaton to your clients. I am very displeased with Mr. Denman. He has put for minimal effort with my disability claim. I just got off the phone with the disability determination investigater and he informed me that what little information about my health issues was wrong, he reported that my conditions are the same which hurts my determination greatly because they have in fact worsened dramatically. Mr, Denman should have known that if he would have been doing his job by communicating with and requesting my records from all of my doctors, which He had legal authorization forms signed by me at our first visit when I retained him for his services. In my opinion Mr. Denman feels that it is his clients best interest for him to sit back and request from his clients their records, which I feel is part of his job, to do the leg work himself, and stay update on his clients conditions. Instead it appears to me he feels like it is proper to sit back and let each case drag out to its fullest extent of time, while his clients deal with all the stress and uncertanty of how they are going to stay afloat and alive. Personally, I have lost everything, I lost my job, vehicle, home, child, wife, self worth and dignity since all this began. It is all i can do to hold on to my sanity and all I get from Mr. Denman is the run around, "Just a few more months" or "There is nothing that can be done to speed the process up" which I just found out from "DARS" there is a way to expedite the process and thats something my attorney knows. He just doesnt want his clients to know because the longer this draws out, the more money he gets from his client, the person who has to go threw all the grief and loss of his life and dignity. Mr. Denman, I dont see how you can look at yourself in the mirror every morning. You prey on the sick and afflicted, and leave them to go though hell while knowingly allowing the legal system to drag its ass along just so you can take more of the money these people are in dire need of. And you need to do something about answering your phone and returning messages. The only reason i gave you one star as a rating is I couldnt publish this if I didnt. Sir, I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau and I will be filing complaint with the Texas State Bar. As far as I am concerned you are a thief, and I do find that all the wrongs people do in the life comes back on them ten fold and Karma is very real, sooner or later it will come to see you.

Stanley Denman helped me WIN my disability case after almost 2 years of trying on my own. He was professional and to the point. Today came the best news I have heard in six long years. It was a call from The Social Security Administration to tell me my paperwork had been processed and a direct deposit would be made to my bank account for slightly over 60k and my monthly payments would begin next month.
Literally, I had to pinch myself.
You see, for over three and one-half years I had only heard the most negative things about eligibility, disability, and my tranquility. None of my doctors would help, and enventually I learned they had hurt me tremendously.
My back pain was not going to vanish and I had not earned a wage in over five years.Thank God for the strength of my wife and the unselfish way she supported us.
And though I had the time and had worked very hard to process my claim, I had been denied the maxium amount of times.
Here we were: Square one. No Money and even further behind on hope. The only chance I had left was to take my case to arbitration and maybe...Just Maybe.
I believe I was at my lowest then. Do you know I decided then to call "The Specialist" which I did and BOTH OF THEM told me I had NO CHANCE. I was devistated.
But I didn't quit.
For the first time in over three years I did the smartest thing I have probably ever done In my whole lifetime(if that makes any sense) I got online and BINGO! Right there...Denman Law Office.
I almost smiled, but I was leary. Still I dialed the number.
"Damn...a recording"
I left my message and in less than 30 minutes Mr. Denman called me back.
I went through the whole story each rejection and defeat. When I was finished telling him even so called "Experts" had turned me down.I asked him to help me please. There was no hesitation at all. Just sweet confident words.'I'll help you and take your case.'
That was just before the arbitration hearing and as my friends and family told me good luck. I knew there was no need for luck anymore. Luck had been losing.
Without going into detail about how three doctors and one hospital had giving bad and false information to the people deciding my fate. Mr. Denman kept postive control and in less than thirty minutes before a judge
it was done. The arbitration was over.
I WON! Because of one dedicated attorney my wife doesn't have to support me anymore. In fact she may retire. Steve thank you from both of us. When everyone else told me no way...you said you'd help. And you did.

Mr. Denman was fantastic. My case was a rather complex one, and most wouldn't take it on. When I first saw him, he was kind but honest with me about what my chances were. He took on my case, even though there were certain circumstances that made it much more difficult than normal. I had been denied disability and didn't know what I was going to do. Mr. Denman went far above and beyond his obligations. He told me it wasn't my job to try and figure it out and he would take care of everything, which was a huge weight off my mind. After the second denial, I was required to go in front of a judge and plea my case. He did an excellent job of preparing me and calming my nerves. After it was denied again, I just gave up hope. They needed me to go in front of the judge again, but this time there would be "experts" to evaluate me. The court date wasn't scheduled until many months later, and I just figured it was a lost cause. I stopped contacting Mr. Denman, figuring he realized it was pointless to continue and cut his losses. When the court case was a few days away, I had complete forgotten about it at that point. I then got a call from Mr. Denman. I was shocked, he had continued working on things and setting everything up, and he asked me if I was ready to do it. Like I said, I had forgotten and given up, but he convinced me that he had it in control and it was worth fighting for. I sucked it up and decided to end this once and for all after 2 years of waiting. I went in scared, but when we got in front of the judge,he handled everything perfectly and did all the talking. We had finally won. I walked out practically walking on air I was so excited. After all the fighting and all the bs that I had been through, it paid off, and it never would have happened if not for Mr. Denman's dedication and compassion. He saved my life pretty much, and if not saved, made it much more livable. I will always be in his debt for everything he did for me.

I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Note: Even after his obligations were fulfilled, he still takes my calls and answers whatever questions I have.

Mr. Denman is very skilled and knowledgable about the disability process. He was able to accomplish in six months what I could not in two years. Only in it for the quick buck. Mr. Denman took 6 months after several follow up calls with no reply to tell me I did not have a strong case and removed himself via a letter I received in the mail. I would recommend you see another attorney unless your case is very strong. Mr. Denman sees a case with little or no effort with maximum profit, that is his bottom line and the only ones he takes.

When I first started the disability process, I was working with an “advocate”. After more than two years and countless denials, I didn't feel I had the most qualified representation, so I looked elsewhere. I’m extremely glad I found Stanley Denman. He took on my case where the previous person had left off, guiding me through the appeal and hearing process. His skill in navigating the system ultimately paid off, yielding a favorable decision from the judge. He was able to accomplish more in just a few short months than the previous advocate had in two years.

Mr. Denman is kind, thorough, and is genuinely concerned for his clients. He takes the time to explain the process in layman terms, not legalese. My only regret is that I didn't find him out sooner! My family and I are grateful for his help.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, Debra, who is bi-polar. I dealt with Mr. Denman and my mother only had to come to the office once to sign very fair paperwork. It was nice that she did not need to be involved as she was very stressed at the time.

Dr. Denamn got her back pay and future pay very, very quickly on the first try, no appeals. In fact I do not know anyone on SSDi to receive their acceptance so quickly after seeing an attorney. Most get denied and have to appeal. SSdi attorneys tend to wait to file until the maximum amount is reached that they can collect by law; however, Mr. Denman did not do this, there was no feet dragging. I believe it took about 6 weeks from our first meeting til the money was in my mother's account. He is polite and understanding, and best of all very fast! Thank you for your help Mr. Denman!
