My BAC was 0.071. I shouldn't have even been arrested. Someone recommended Rick Cohen so I paid him $2500 to represent me. He didn't communicate well with his own staff so he certainly didn't waste much time with me. After about 14 months of delays he wanted another $2500 to take my case to trial. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and call him incompetent. But I actually think he's much worse than that.
