I created google account just to check out review for this office, and reading other reviews posted here is really, just laughable. Did this office, all of a sudden happen to resolved bunch of cases all at one time over last few weeks, and did those clients decided to post reviews for "David L. Smith" all at the same time... This is really something to think about.

My experience from this office, was of course without a doubt, as someone else on here may state, the worst ever. And it was only after I met with different attorney and been speaking with other people about this office, that I found out this office has the worst reputation you could imagine, and so much more. I even heard one telling me this office is under investigation for their shady work, but this is not backed up by evidence; however, this type of rumors only prove what kind of office this place is. I only regret I didn't ask around about this office before I decided to work with them. So here's mine to anyone checking out review for this office. Save your money and please do your research on attorneys before you decide to work with them. And PLEASE. DO NOT spend your precious time and a single hard worked penny at this office. The short Asian woman, so called the wife of the attorney is just one from hell that will destroy your immigration life. If you decide to ignore my review and decide to check out this office anyway, at least avoid meeting this woman because the very image of this woman and her voice will haunt you forever. Their words may sound promising during your initial first few meetings at best, but after they get your money, you will be treated like garbage especially by this Asian woman.
She will not hesitate to yell at you and humiliate you, no respect towards clients because she knows they are just helpless and can't do anything but to depend on her for their case to be resolved. And when you finally realize that you have made mistake by deciding to work with these horrid people for any stupid reasons, this woman will run and avoid meeting you, and of course, this will be the end of your case. By saying that their work is shady, they will also lure you to pay so much money to come up with very unorthodox way that just cannot, just impossible to have any sort of happy ending to it.
The suffer that my family had gone through caused by this office, that wife of the attorney specifically, cannot be shortened to leave here in this post, so I'll just jump to the conclusion.
I know too many people to give this office any, ANY, benefit of doubt that they are reliable in any way and they are so very far from the ordinary, knowledgeable, supportive, responsible, helpful, just anything that a attorney should be. They are just exact opposite. Period.
There are so many other attorneys in Dallas to waste your every second even just to drive by this place so just don't. Don't go here. Don't. Please.
