a pessimistic lawyer never answers calls she does not know how to explain she could never answer in the case my dad just delayed the courts very bad service as a lawyer 0

Lie about what they can do for you! You pay him and still having to pay ticket and court fee!! He had my case moved to a higher cout that increased the fee!! Stephen Rosales is rude and un helpful!! I advise anyone if you have only a moving violation GO REPRESENT YOURSELF!!
