I was a paralegal at Friedman & Feiger (F&F) for approximately 5-6 years. F&F was the best thing that happened to my career. I will never have enough words to thank Larry, Janelle and Jason for giving me the opportunity to be a part of such a fine and phenomenal firm. I learned from each and every member of the firm, it was truly a rewarding experience.

I attended trials, mediations and arbitrations with Larry and it was an incredible experience. What I learned from Larry and all the members of the firm will always be a part of me.

After 7 long years of being in the trenches I am out!!!.
In these years my attorney has protected and defended myself and Platinum Motorcars Dallas from 3 major law suits, one against 2 major banks. Well last night, while sweating the fact that my last suit and trial was coming up on a Thursday. This frivolous suit had been filed against my company record for nearly 6 years. Friedman & Feiger is one of the top law firms in the Dallas-Fort-Worth area. They are truly devoted to serving their clients and pride themselves on the highest quality of work. The firm truly focuses on building lasting relationships with their clients. Very trustworthy and excellent representation.

I must first say that I have never been represented by any attorney at this firm. However, I have been on the receiving end. I am no big shot. No, and unfortunately I am pro se - I don't have a lot of money. One of the firm's clients defamed me and my family beyond words. I have been forced to file suit in small claims court. The moment that I took that action, I received a call from Attorney Bell from this firm. I have proof of the phone call.

I repeatedly requested that Attorney Bell not make threats over the phone. You have to remember - I'm just a young pro se guy. I don't have half the legal knowledge that this attorney has. His response? "I'm not threatening you...yet." He asked where I worked. I told him that I'm a student at a local university. He told me that he would be deposing even the dean at the university. He told me that he would be racking up attorney's fees. He told me that I would end up owing lots of money. And he would collect - I was made to understand that.

He told me that he would make this a personal vendetta. The client in question is not only a client, but his friend. He threatened what was certainly a bleak future for me. He told me that he'd be suing my dad. He'd be suing my wife. Gosh, it sounded like my future was going down in flames. He was threatening to break me, it sounded like.

I am filing a complaint with the Texas Bar. This guy should be out of a job, I sincerely believe. That's not up to me, though. I did tell him that it would be my prayer that God visits on him the same evil that he does to others - like the threats that he makes towards defenseless unrepresented individuals.
