This law firm should be disbarred from practicing law in Texas for how unethical and sleezy, they are. If you are a real estate investor or mortgage company NEVER use Texas Title/JP Barth Law Firm they will completely screw up your deals with incompetent staff that come and go like McDonald's workers. You will lose many real estate deals if you use them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
