If you need to sell your home do not go with Green Mountain. They don't market properly and couldn't care less about your property. They showed my property once, that was vacant, and left a window open and the heat cranked up. The only way I found out was that the awesome propane company there told me I was using a large amount of propane. Selling your home seems to be a side interest for the Realtors at Green Mountain.
