I am very happy with my experience working with Scott and his office. He communicates everything very clearly throughout the process. We had a complicated case and he was more than willing to walk us through every detail to ensure we understood everything and would do well.

Attorney Grossman and his team are really great. Although it's tough to find lawyers who you can trust with important things like money and your family, I feel this law firm stands in stark contrast from the rest. I have grown to trust their firm, and feel like family!

The clear winner in this case was The Grossman Law Firm with 33% of the estate! I guess this is how they pay for all of the trinkets they send you along the way. Mr. Grossman had no backbone in dealing with opposing council. He basically rolled over. Although something is better than nothing, this kind of practice of the "Law" needs to be regulated better.

I don’t personally know Scott nor familiar with The Grossman Law Firm. But I find the wiliness of any professional to provide a level of assistance and information without any strings attached, a very strong indicator of a level of honesty and integrity you can pretty much rely upon from that individual. I am not an attorney nor in the legal practice but am familiar with the legal process as it pertains to civil matters having supported litigation activities of our legal team at a major Bay Area corporation. I had zero knowledge around how Probate operates nor even how it differs from civil.

A close friend was faced with a situation involving the execution of his mother’s estate. A will was in place at the time of death (~2008) that named an executor. Activities over the past year+ seemed inconsistent with any fair process I would expect from our legal system. At the current time, most of the liquid estate assets had “disappeared” and beneficiaries did not have the financial means to engage an attorney and had been trying to do this on their own. My offer was simply to research and advise my friend having some exposure to the legal process.

I literally spent hours reviewing court website information as well as following numerous links to attorney articles/sites… none offering much clarity without some form of payment or commitment… until a link took me to the Grossman Law Firm. Scott offered a free pamphlet that was well written, very informative and extremely helpful in determining the exact status of Probate from the otherwise indecipherable court records. And, most importantly, steps the beneficiary could take directly with Probate to bring this to closure.

Scott’s office following up with a hard copy of the book as well as DVD’s was an unexpected bonus! I was so impressed by the degree of assistance Scott and his office had provided free and personal recognition of the amount of time this saved me… I reached out with a personal, unsolicited Thank You directly to Scott. And, am going the extra step of adding a review on his website which is well deserved!

I still don’t personally know Scott nor am I familiar with his The Grossman Law Firm. But as a senior leader of a major corporation, I have found the most reliable measure of a person’s character is the actions they take independent of any agreed commitment or personal gain.

Scott, if I ever find a need services your office supports or asked for a referral around those services, your name is top on that list. Thank you again for the information provided!
