This review is directed @ Dave Seto. Its really a shame that it has to come to this buddy, but here is my story. Had to hire Dave and his mentor George Siddell for a case in LA from 2015. Dave at this point seemed very accomodating and very easy to work with, we even shared a motel room in order to make the AM court docket a few times. I came up on a deadline to provide the court with necessary documentation, when we had to ask the court for extra time....... *CHOKE*..... I had just been involved in a motorcycle accident and couldn't complete the precribed community service in time, it was 240 hours..... Dave barely managed to squeeze out any extra time and had a real difficult time speaking up on my behalf. Not sure if it was just too early or if he had 0 preparation for this moment. Okay, no problem, we're still friends. Ran into another situation in the beginning of 2017 where a very dear friend of mine needed emergency legal assistance and he was WAY TOO BUSY to be bothered with because he was on his way to a Chinese New Years. This IS the same guy who was working at a Worker's Comp office which subsequently got shut down by the CA State Division of Workers' Compensation. Dave, if you're reading this, remember all the nights we spent together after they let you go and you didn't even have a job and I sat there and coached you on entrepeneurship and sales? I SURE DO! But something in you changed after you entered this partnership, you somehow thought, I was beneath you because you had an assistant now, even after spending 1000's of $s with you. Trying to pass me off on your assistant, talking money with me but not having any time to see an old friend. even to sign the retainer agreement. Chinese meetup, talking about your relationship woes. Best attorney in San Diego! I have nothing but good things to say about David Seto. He was able help me in a car accident I was involved in. I contacted him approximately a year and a half later after the car accident, when the other drivers insurance contacted me to close the case stating they would no longer be responsible for anything medical related. I was concerned as I was still experiencing physical pain. David was able to get me the medical help I needed without having to pay out of pocket and with compensation for my pain and suffering. I was referred to this office through my legal insurance. They tried to get me to sign a separate contract with different rates and limiting the scope of the covered service to a single letter, not the completion of the job . They also lied to me saying this letter was required by the insurance company. They try to slip their contract through hours before we were set to meet when I was awaiting a draft letter from them. Beware, this is a sleazy operation. A formal complaint against them has been filed with the legal insurance.
