Stay away, they do not stay behind their promises!
The worst ever communication with this law firm, never call or try to collaborate on the invention application with their client. Never called back after three calls to reestablish the situation for failed application delivery.

Unprofessional, lawyer was not able to understand the design of the invention even after two individual physical model presentations and continuous email communication. The worst part was that lawyer never even did an attempt to understand, were careless and indifferent.

Very late in delivery, instead of promised 4-12 weeks after 24 weeks we still have not properly prepared first draft and moreover not even filed with USPTO.

Do not pay attention to the files that has been sent to the lawyer to be used in drawings several times.

I've got no patent application and they declined for refund of initial deposit that has been paid to them.

In June we met to discuss for patentability of my invention. I expressed my intention to meet and discuss with a single lawyer
who will be handling my patent application from beginning till the end to prevent loss of data or miscommunication. They
assign Glenn Von Tersch to be a processing lawyer who was the party on Engagement letter (that still left not signed by him).
Once I signed engagement letter MU Patents reassigned the lawyer to Stanton Braden who further took over the application
process. Along with the engagement letter I sent the updated drawings to be used in the patent application and asked them to
get in touch to collaborate the patent application. According to our agreement law firm supposed to prepare and present their
application within 4-12 weeks. During first 2 months I've heard nothing from them like he perfectly knew my invention from A to
Z even though he never seen my physical prototype presentation shown to the previous lawyer. I bugged them again and they
have sent my first draft prepared by Stanton Braden with wrong outdated drawing files, wrong information instead of those that
I've sent to them earlier. I asked again to use new files that has been sent to him couple times already. In two weeks I got
updated draft with the same old outdated information. Four or five times I've been asking to stop using old drawings but the Mr.
Braden wouldn't just hear me at all. He also made a wrong assumption and used wrong mechanic principle of the assembly. I
also mentioned few times of such a mistaken assumption but Mr. Braden still didn't make an attempt to contact to figure our
why I was keep asking to look at my drawings and change the mechanic principle he used in his own drawings. As a result of a
such miscommunication draft hasn't been delivered on time. Now 24 weeks later I have no properly prepared application and
moreover being even filed with USPTO. After multiple attempts to get a proper draft I decided to contact leading lawyer of MU
Patents Glenn Von Tersch who represented the law firm and signed the engagement letter. Three calls left not returned. Then
I understood it will not going to happen and decided to stop further application process by the law firm.
I asked for the refund since they couldn't upkeep their promise to deliver the patent application within 12 weeks but they
expressed clearly they won't be able to do that.

I believed MU Patents to be skilled in securing a patent NOT patent pending for my product .
I trusted their words they would accomplish this .
I hired them to complete the application and see me through to the desired end result being a legal patent in my name .

Office actions begun and when given info to resubmit correction they came back with yet another action ?

So I guess USPTO sends out one action at a time to the tune of 3000.00 each and MU Patents submits corrections blindly without any deliberation on it validity or correct form .

So there actually is no true collaboration on this product they simply will file actions knowing further corrections will be requested and as if I have an endless supply of cash until they feel they’ve gotten enough of my money and get around to submitting a response correctly to result in approval huh ?

MU Patents has never secured a patent with USPTO office for less than 20,000 dollars up front !

They fail to disclose that fact though when you sign up .

I am worse off now because my idea or patent pending in now in an abandonment status due to the game they play in seeking cash from you .

I am heartbroken and they laugh and shrug their shoulders and put it all back in my lap as if I failed me .

They failed me .

They failed me miserably .

Do not use these excuses for humans claiming a service that is nothing but a obstacle and middleman our to clean out your bank account and could care less about their promise to you !

It is a scam MU Patents !

I couldn't be more pleased with Mu Patents! From the first phone call with Chenea, who was incredibly nice, to Arpee, the requested female lawyer/consultant who looked at my personal photos. Austin did great work on the provisional, and Nyall has been unbelievably accommodating to me. The fees are upfront and extremely reasonably with a payment plan if you need it. Everyone is down-to-earth and super friendly. I would definitely recommend Mu to anyone, and the view from their place is pretty nice too.

We worked with Arpee Apoyan and Nyall Engfield, in order to submit a patent application. We had an amazing experience. They were very patient with us throughout the whole process, and worked on creating multiple edits to meet our needs. Arpee even suggested a couple of novel application for our patent, which could be included in future use cases! I would highly recommend MU Patents, and particularly Arpee Apoyan and Nyall Engfield!

I contacted MU Patents about an office action that I received from the USPTO - the examiner had asked various questions that required a response in the process of obtaining my patent. MU Patents responded to each issue in a concise and timely fashion and the fee was reasonable.
They also conducted an assessment of my portfolio and arranged to pay my patent maintenance fee for a patent I already owned - again, their fee was reasonable.
I was able to communicate via phone and email and not run up excessive charges. I intend to use them again.

My experience with Mu Patents was a very good one. As an individual inventor with 95 granted US patents I found the MU Patent team to be both professional and knowledgeable.
I will definitely do business with them again.

Recently I received my "Patent" by the USPTO. My lawyer Nyall Engfield made the process and the experience very rewarding. To date I have received sound professional council and representation in the preparation and filing of my "patent".
Cost certainty and strong communication was provided from Day #1 forward. Strong technical competency from and engaged professional working for you was terrific. Now I can say that the proven results says it all....but I have one better....there were no amendments or changes required, the patent passed on the first go.
Last but not least...the cost was very good.

Once my idea had come to fruition it was time to take the plunge and get it patented, this would be my first one. I had heard a lot of different feedback about the patent process, some of it was discouraging. I would hear of extreme costs being incured due to poor advice from a firm, and/or hidden fees and costs that seem to have a huge range. When I was put in contact with Nyall Engfield of Mupatents I didn't experience anything like that. He took a sincere interest in my product and walked me through the initial stages and what to expect for fees and time frames. I felt more at ease and in control of the process and what I would be spending. His advice was sound and beneficial and proved to be correct. He stayed close by through the whole process, touching base to see how I was doing, and continued support. I'm proud to say that my U.S patent DID come through (US 8,721,507 B2) and I can't thank Nyall Engfield enough! Anyone looking for solid support and advice to get there idea or product patented look no further. Thanks Nyall!
Sincerely; Vaughan Blancher

Having dealt with patent attorneys in the past,I was a little trepidatious when I contacted MU Patents. Immediatly Nyall Engfield put my fears to rest. He explained, in terms I could understand, what was involved, how he was going to approach and then solve the problem. He then quoted me an estimate. In less than three days Nyall had done exactly what he said he would do and came in below the estimate! I will not only Use MU Patents again, I will gladly refer MU Patents to any one I meet who needs a Patent or Intellectual Property attorney.
