Melissa Deleon was inexperienced. She told me to lie about how I fell. SHe quoted me a settlement of 1/2 million dollars, I became disabled for life in the accident. She told me I was receiving horrible medical care because i was on CMS, She would not take me to trial and asked to let her out, which I happily did. She lied to me about going to a mediation. She decided that with the defense atty and not with my knowledge. I was offered five hundred dollars and a two year disabled bus pass. I was 53, excellent health, no surgeries, no medications, and now I am disabled for life and still doctoring for that day of the accident. Shame on her. Bad Business!!!! NO ETHICS!!!!!
