If I could rate it a zero I would. One of the most unprofessional and rude paralegals I have ever seen in 18 years of mortgage lending. Petty and childish are two words that come to mind. Inept is another good description of the level of customer service. On multiple occasions she was caught lying to us as a lender and then she intentionally delayed getting seller proceeds out causing a buyer to have their keys held overnight. I wouldn't recommend this group to close a screen door let alone handle a financial transaction. They also delayed the closing upfront by not ordering title in a timely manner (lying about it) and then we got to wait a full week while the attorney went on vacation.
