Will not return any calls. Constantly says he's done something and come to find out, it's a lie. Don't use him if you want a case to be heard ASAP

He never discussed the case with his client. He's never in the office. He then calls and says he needs more money to "grease palms". Which I'm pretty sure is illegal!!! Promises his client that he has came to an agreement with the solicitor for probation, all while knowing that was a lie. Client received a 5 year sentence while being assured the day before court probation was agreed upon. If you want an honest attorney look else where.

Very arrogant. Don't question him because he'll yell at you and hang up on you. My wife has been sitting in jail for over 11 months with no clue to what's going on, only talked to Runyon maybe 3 times. The last time he talked to her was 6 months ago asking for more money. $3500 for nothing. I went to the solicitors office to ask the prosecutor about the deal Runyon set up. They said they haven't talked to him one time yet. He lies about making deals all the time. Just wants to shut people up by saying what they want to hear. Now he had a heart attack and is saying his clients have to sit n wait till he's better. Huh? Shouldn't he give his clients to another attorney for the time being? He can't cause they'll see what little to no work he's done. He just sits by the phone waiting to hear from the prosecutor. A public defender can do that.

One of complete disapointment.Once considered a friend I wish I had ever met the man.His handleing of our case left us broke and my husband in very poor health.Sad because my husband considered him one of his closest friends.The fact that he had mishandled our case did not seem to bother him at all.Sad so sad.In life be careful where you place your thrust.Refer case SOS.C County of Charleston Francis Camarda and Melanie Camarda V William Runyon Defendant.
