I was a seller’s agent and we had a closing get rescheduled due to the buyer’s agent’s mistake. Buyer’s agent changed closing again. My client was leaving town so we pushed until after the weekend.

The lawyer called up my broker and verbally abused him on the phone to get the closing done per the buyer’s new timeline. My client turned around and came back to do the closing. Come to find out, the buyer was already in possession of the property and the key.

We are now looking to establish commercial large real estate project and we will not be using this lawfirm, nor do I recommend them for any services. All emails were saved.
