Absolutely horrifyingly unprofessional and biased experience. Mr. Manley’s arbitration “award” decision was to take 4 weeks maximum. It’s been ELEVEN MONTHS and thousands of dollars beyond what was quoted after a pricey retainer fee of course. I highly recommend avoiding this man for your mediation and or arbitration needs at all costs.
