Very professional and doesn't take any bs

This is the best law firm I've ever dealt with. Being involved in an accident and not living in SC was a very scary situation, but Tim McCoy and his secretary Ann were the best. Tim will fight for you and keep you informed the whole time. I hope to never have to use an attorney again but if I did I would definitely call on the McCoy Law Office.

No one plans an auto accident, especially one involving a motorcycle. I was recommended to Tim from another professional. Best recommendation I could have received. Tim is a highly knowledgeable and experienced lawyer specializing in personal injury and matters that are so very important. The task of taking on a billion dollar insurance company can be daunting. Not with Tim. He put on the gloves, got in the ring and stood for to toe with a Giant.

Tim has a personal approach to his practice. He makes you feel right at home and welcome(even though many times I dropped in on him). He stops what he’s doing and with the help of his highly trained staff, sits you down and settles you down. Auto accidents are personal. In my case I almost died and that alone made me a nervous wreck.

Tim has the ability to explain everything in detail and to give you all the information so that together you can make the right decision. I hope I never have another accident, but if I do Tim is my first call I’ll make. In a crazy world it’s great knowing there is a caring, knowledgeable professional who puts his clients first.

After a 2011 wreck, I found myself ( son and granddaughter) in need of an attorney. In quite a lot of pain, I had no idea who I should call. Mr. McCoy came highly recommended . Though at the time his office was in North Charleston, he met us out here on Johns Island. Mr. McCoy has been our go to attorney ever since. It is a plus that he is now located on Johns Island.
