I had gotten one unit and then needed ,2. They are not in big invicinity at all but feel sure gad one been closer they would have done so. There is rarely anyone on site and have to call a cell number for questions. When first paid I was if I wanted them to keep my card number on file and auto bill each month. I was adamant when I said no, I wasn't leaving my card number with anyone and we cone by or phone in. When I got the second unit they DID auto bill my card number I had told them to destroy before I got there to pay. I was furious they had lied and said they would NOT keep that card number. Next payment time I was told, because of the pro rate what I would owe and when I called back to pay they didn't orirate the month and I had to bosy full price. The drive between bunits are leaning on incline so makes it hard to get out of your vehicle and harder to handle the incline getting your heavy property to the unit. No sense of care or concern by the establishment, seem Disturbed if you call and everyone blames any errors on others instead if taking their own blame. I would recommend elsewhere as this facility lot is never locked and secured allowing anyone in all hours of the night. I was in a hurry situation, needed something quickly and I got what I paid for. When I can move my belongings I will not use them again.
