I have called and spoken with her assistant and left a message with her asking for a return call., I have left 5 voice mails. She has never return a phone call over a 3 week period. Something is wrong somewhere

Totally unprofessional, don't trust her. I paid her and she never submitted my paperwork. A refund did not give me back the 10 years I waited for my process that she never began in the first place.
