I spoke with Cecilia she was so nice and very professional I actually called as they were getting ready to close and she took the time to talk to me and looked up my information, she explained the process and told me what I needed to do; I had my paperwork within the hour the next week I was sent information via email notifying me that my case had been dismissed. I hired this firm in January and finally this one lady calls back with the disposition letter. She was so rude when I asked some questions about it. I will not hire them again if I need legal assistance. Seriously, it does not cost anything to be nice over the phone. smh

Thee woman that answers the phone is so RUDE!!! She lacks empathy and sympathy when is comes to clients. She was very shallow and cold hearted. She took no time to listen to me so i can explain MY situation so she can tell me what i needed to know to help myself in this learning process. ive never had a lawyer for traffic tickets and she treated me like i was lower than her and i did not like the feeling let alone the treatment. SMH i would not use them as a service.

Horrible place to go customer service is poor not ever going to this place again or recommend!! Just get your money and don’t even update you have to call many times to get updates of status and horrible attitudes!! Unprofessional!!

Do NOT use this firm!! What a HUGE scam. I ended up paying more than what my citation was once I paid their fee. Ridiculous. They should at least refund the difference. I will be filing a complaint with the court over this. NEVER pay a lawyer for a traffic ticket. They don't care what you end up paying as long as you get their big fee out of it. "Oh we got you a 60 day deferment. GEE thanks I could have done that by going to court AND I could have paid it out. A BIG FRAUD!!!

Very satisfied! I went in on a Friday and by the next Friday on of the ladies Cecilia I believe called to tell me my warrant had been lifted and my ticket was being dismissed! Will definitely recommend!

Paid them to handle an old unsettled ticket for me. I showed up to court twice and case was dismissed at 2nd hearing. Honestly I didn't even get to actually have them handle my case . With the receptionist or who ever answers the phone was enough for me . She sounded so rude and gave attitudes as I was asking questions she answered as saying duh! . The moment she spoke I just said thank you have a good day.
