As a prospective law student, Hermes Law has been the perfect place for me to learn and grow. I can be a little shy but the open layout of the office takes away the fear of having to knock on office doors to ask questions. All team members have been open, friendly, and eager to teach me. A day has not gone by that I don’t learn something new, whether it’s about law or life, because I get to sit by a different person each day if I want to. I'll be heading to Yale next fall but I hope to still be part of the team all the way from Connecticut. Since Hermes Law is paper-less it'll be easy to work remotely while I'm at school.
PS Saw a comment below and wanted to mention: we get great affordable healthcare (Blue Cross Blue Shield) through the firm, so I don't know what that person is going on about.

It's a great place to work. The culture is fantastic, the vision of the firm is inspiring, everyone has a genuine opportunity to share ideas and be heard, and it is a great place to take on as much responsibility as is desired. The forward-thinking environment is not for all personality types, but if you are innovative, entrepreneurial, and value independence and collaboration it is a great place to find yourself.
I've been working at Hermes Law for a few months now and I love the team, the culture, the offices, and just their vision for the future of law! It's a start up type of environment full of fantastic team members.

If I could give this law firm zero stars, I would.
If you’re in search for a law firm to practice, this firm is NOT it. So many attorneys and staff members have come and gone because the management is a joke. Promises are constantly made, and excuses follow by reasoning’s that make no sense whatsoever. Do you need a job that provides healthcare? Well, you won’t find it here. Exceptional people followed and trusted management to provide them with healthcare since the firm opened, and they were instead given a pitiful stipend to find their own healthcare. Senior attorneys will not take responsibility for their mistakes but instead allow the ones below them to take the fall. They say that they want positive criticism, but when you give it, you are told later that you’re not being a team player.
I could write pages on how this firm is so horrible and fake, but, I think I’ll leave with this; if you value for future, your profession, and your dignity, do not step foot at Hermes Law.
