They will lie and get your hopes up and will not do anything for you, but still take your money. They will tell you they forgot about their conversation with you and state they didn’t know about the court dates. Their employees are the worst starting of with the lady who signs you in, she is so unprofessional and rude, Adriana will give you advice on criminal cases and will later tell you she doesn’t help out unless it has to do with immigration, and Gabby will try to smart mouth you and still tell you that what Adriana promissed is not what it is because Adriana is just the immigration paralegal. They never once spoke to the inmate after hiring them but they still wanted to be paid, offered to go see him and paid them after doing so, they promised three months in jail and when the court was coming they said he would be there for other atleast 4 other courts. We had to hire him a different lawyer 1 week and a half before his court and was able to negotiate and get my father out before his court even arrived.

My husband and I hired Mark Perez back in 2015 for a federal case he was fighting. Before hiring him we had spoken to several attorneys who gave us no hope. Mark Perez was very upfront with us. I contacted the attorney because my son was detained by immigration.
We were told by other lawyers that nothing couldn't be done but Mr. Perez was able to get my son out. My family was very happy with the results and we recommend Mr. Perez great lawyer!!

We have bad experience with Mr. Perez, first at all he does not speak Spanish, although his announcement say so. He never retuned our calls, email or texts. He went to see my brother at jail one month after he was hired, always giving an excuses for not visiting him. Every time we asking him to see the evidence against my brother he provided us a contradictory information. He is incompetent and unprepared attorney, or he is just lazy.
I not recommend this attorney. not spend your money and losing your time.

This guy is tough, and know his way around the courtroom.
