I was almost finished entering all of the information for a loan and the website crashed and I had to enter it all over again. Utterly maddening...

I wouldn't doubt it if the 5 star reviews here are from employees of the company.

I have the utmost respect for this company. As far as the website and software goes, their developers are outstanding. On top of bug fixes, website and performance improvements, updating really everything they can touch. Really a class act group.

Omg the website. I haven't seen a website like this since 1995 (not good). Half the time it doesn't work right and you have to call support which takes time. Seems like they could use a better website builder guy.

Interviewed for a software development role here. After completing a phone interview, a test, a questionnaire, and in person interview I was told I would be contacted as I walked out the door. I never heard back from them. A decent person let's someone know when they are no longer being considered for the position. Now a few months later and I see bad reviews that the web site is functioning poorly! Who did you hire!?!?

Website where you do most of your work is getting slower and slower over time

Website is very slow and has constant issues

Spent more time on the phone with support than anything. There are constantly problems with the website. It looks old and it's really slow. Two stars because the support staff is nice but I wouldn't waste your time if I were you. I've found a different vendor.
