2.5 years after my accident case and still haven’t hear anything from them since...

The lawyer himself is really nice, the person handling my case, Mr Son is really helpful as well. I just dislike the way that the front desk lady communicates with her clients, it was complete rudeness. They also charge for fees like address change fee $100 which is a total rip off. Had I known i could change it myself online, I woulndt have to pay $100 for that nonsense.

Worst Law Office Ever!!!
Your case will never settle, you never get respond from the office, they will put you on hold forever.. they change their staffs like they change their daily cloth.

Just like Tuan Khuu, I have businesses in all three cities. OKC, Dallas and Houston. The law firms in both Dallas and Houston are new and working on their system and to better their services. I have worked with Tuan Khuu and his associates for over a decade. Anywhere from Traffic tickets, drafting up legal documents, family immigration to my business legal side. They have always provided me a great service and showing who is boss when we have trouble with businesses debates. Thank you so much again guys!

Be careful with what they verbally agreed to vs. what's on the contract. Take all your times to read the contract carefully and do it at home. There, the Lady may intentionally distract you while reviewing the contract. That's all I can tell you. They will plan to take your money and give more headaches than what you expect them to help you. Especially, there, one location has multiple business names, and one staff has multiple nick names. They have no basic knowledge about customer services and respect customer's privacy and confidentiality. Good luck guys.

Very stupid workers! Do not waisted your time with these people.! They always blame on someone else’s never there that handled your case! My self personality came out there multiple times and spoke to everyone that’s works in the office and one of the gentleman he introduced himself that he’s a lawyer ( very tall Caucasian man) he promised me he’ll call me within a couple days but until now I have not hear anything yet... they all said they’ll call me within 3 days please do not listen to their words , I was introduced to this office by this guy that owned a sign company on Matlock Rd and a lady name Sarah( work in this office) 3 years ago when I had the accident they said they’re the best and that’s BS I just wish I never come here to begin with!

Worst law firm that I ever encountered with and I would never recommend anyone to any of their locations for any type of legal services. Since September 2015 and until now they still give me the run around and pushed me from one representative to the next; this is just a small car accident that I got hit from behind. All I wants is an update on my case and now they don't even answer my calls. Is it hard to let me know that you can't continue with my case so I can move one?

This establishment is a joke. From my personal experience, this is the worse law firm ever and I would never recommend any of my family or friends to them for any type of legal services. They are very unprofessional and extremely rude. For 2 years, every time I called they would give me the run around and kept getting pushed off to one of their other branches (Grand Prairie, Oklahoma and Houston). As a client, I should not have to work that hard just to get an update on my case. After reading reviews from all of their other branches left by many unhappy clients, I see I am not the only one that feels this way.

Had a great experience with this law firm. I'm really happy to have chosen this place. Great people. Did an amazing job!

This has to be the WORST law firm ever. I'm not even sure they are real attorneys. They DON'T answer phone calls.
