Mr. Avery has provided exceptional service to my daughter that resulted in her case being dismissed and record expunged!

Worst lawyer ever. I would not recommend him to anyone.

The Mr. Avery did an exceptional job for my son and I highly recommend him.

He has represented me through several child custody/child support cases and I have always come out on top.

This lawyer Mr. John Avery is NO GOOD and does no good being a lawyer he is the worst lawyer i have hired and he just takes people money and does nothing he needs to go back to school and learn more ON how to be a lawyer. NO GOOD AT ALL.... IF YOU WANT A GOOD LAWYER HIRE "BRIAN WILLET" HE IS A VERY GOOD LAWYER AND ALSO "JENNIFER LOWE" THEY ARE 2 LAWYERS I CAN RECOMMEND THAT I KNOW THEY WILL FIGHT FOR YOU 100%. So I called last week more then once and the Reception was so rude and disrespectful it’s a shame that this place is still open but I’m gonna take my initiative to contact the board on this type of service that we received as citizen

I don't see why Mr. Avery has such negative reviews but i had a great experience with this lawyer. He helped me with my case. I am so thankful for him. Thank you so much Mr. Avery for getting my case dismissed and for taking the time to help me through this.

He was late for my court date I had to call his firm! Yea he suck I could've I got my own probation on my own without spending nearly $1000 for his service. All he going to do is work a so call deal with prosecutor which to me its clearly not enough. **DONT**WASTE**YOUR**TIME**OR**MONEY**

He is NOT A GOOD ATTORNEY AT ALL!!!! He came at my fiancé with a 100 years for 2 state jail felonies and a 3rd degree felony!! He never ONCE met with him before the morning of court, never returned my emails and phone calls! He never replied to my fiancés letters. There was NO communication from him. My fiancé did the work at court, not Avery. My old man should've gotten probation not 6 years TDC. If your loved ones are appointed Avery, FIRE HIM immediately and get a REAL attorney! I'd rate him negative stars if it'd let me.

If I can give negative stars for service and due diligence I would. This guy I say guy because. I am not aware of his abilities to practice law. Avery was appointed to represent my fiance, and in a six month period we have not spoken to or had any type of communication with this guy. If I did not google him I would have never known he was a Black guy. The worst part is whomever this female is working in his office seems to know nothing but I left him a message. Do not accept this guy as a lawyer do not pay for his services. My issue is even though your client is indigent does not mean you can push them under the rug. The worst part of our situation the Bail Bonds and the court has been attempting to contact this guy on behalf of his client and they have had no luck. The worst representation anyone can ever have.
