Not upfront about the cost associated with my case. Charges $450 just for appearing in court. Mr Hixson only appeared at the last court date. Every other time some lady who looked hung over represented me. He just agreed to and seemed pissed when I did not want to accept the first deal offered. $3000 for a paternity case is not cool. I head good things for a friend of mine but did not experience the same.

John was very helpful, fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I reached out to several firms and Mr. Hixson was the only attorney to respond. He was very courteous and helpful during my consultation. I will definitely recommend him and utilize his services in the future.

Thankfully a friend alerted me to John's post so I can respond. I had absolutely nothing to do with any negative postings and from what I saw the complaints addressed existing issues. However, they had nothing to do with me. Its just common sense that there might be complaints if I was the one that always made sure unhappy clients were taken care of, and after I left that wasn't being done. Using me as a scapegoat is unforgivable. Me and my family have been hurt enough, please leave me alone.

John Hixson and his law firm and his ENTIRE staff are absolutely incredible! Every person on his team is compassionate and caring. Not once did I ever feel as though I was simply a client. I ALWAYS felt like a family friend who needed help.

I went through an intense, Corporate Bankruptcy, that required a lot more from the staff than I think they even expected. But not once was I an inconvenience to them. John is exceptional as an attorney. He always showed concern for me, and he even invited my wife to come to the office so he could try to help her understand that things would eventually get better. And they did. John prayed with me and my wife and always looked at my situation from a biblical viewpoint.
