Had an assault case I was fighting and hired him after a consultation He told me I didn't have to attend any of my hearings but 2 or 3. However He ended up forgetting about a court date I had scheduled which made me get a warrant for FAILURE TO APPEAR which I had no knowledge of until I got pullover in arrested on my way to work my family tried to call him and notify him I had been detained and to come get my bond reinstated but he stopped answering their calls I sat in jail 8 days until my mom came up with scrapes of borrowed money and rebonded me out this is when I found out he had been Doing very little on my case after I called him numerous times for days straight with no answer only text that were brief and far in between yet he was setup on biweekly 450 autodraft pymnts but still I had to take off work to go to his office and ask for a update on my case and how he dropped the ball on my court date I started then attending every hearing which I quickly learned that The D.A had my son mother write a statement and dramatically increased the actions and story that took place the night that lead up to my assault Next thing you know “my lawyer” tells me I need to take a plea because I basically wouldn't win even though I had proof of innocence and had ask him to pull the store camera months ago which he also failed to do he told less then a week later of getting his last payment from me which totaled 4500 It was either 4+ year's time or a jury trial which he charges an additional 3000 for. He doesn’t even know my name he only cares about the money he nevers answers the phone or won’t fight hard how you expect your lawyer will for you I’m going to prison for years because I threw a open bottle of Pepsi at my gf which got enhanced as assault this is the worst laziest arrogant uneducated unethical down right all about the dollar worst lawyer in Tx please don’t make the same mistake I did by hiring him if you value your freedom
